Most Valley neighborhoods are inside the City of Los Angeles, where stays under 30 nights are allowed only in the host's primary residence with a Home-Sharing registration. Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Burbank and Glendale are separate cities with their own rules.
In the City of Los Angeles, stays under 30 nights are allowed only in the host's primary residence (where they live more than six months a year) with a Home-Sharing registration, up to 120 nights a year unless the host qualifies for Extended Home-Sharing. Rent-stabilized and income-restricted units are not eligible. Other cities in LA County set their own rules. We check your address before anything is listed.
Every home is different, so we tailor the arrangement to yours. We walk you through it on a first call and agree on everything in writing before we start.
